I went to church for the early morning prayer service.
I got to the church at 6:05 and finished my prayer at 7:10.
I always praise my God in tongue after I confess my sins to him.
Then I pray for those in agony, in miserable situation, in poverty, in danger, or in distress.
I especially pray for the children in difficult situations.
Got back home and surfed the Internet for a while.
I had some Tofu and boiled rice and some cereal.
My wife and children went on a trip with my father-in-law and mother-in-law yesterday.
They will return on Saturday or Sunday.
I got to work at 9:25 this morning.
I read an interesting book about how to study English efficiently by a Korean doctor in NY.
I'm going to finish it today.
Yesterday I was very sick. I had a lot of pain in my lower back, too.
But today it's almost gone.
I've written three or four emails to Sunny every day since December 15th last year
after I met her for the first time since I graduated from my middle school.
She and I went to the same middle school.
